During routine maintenance to our telephone system, a serious factory programming glitch was uncovered. Voice mail messages were being stored in an undetectable "phantom" message box. There was no alert that messages were waiting to be heard, and no way to retrieve the messages once we found the fault. If you've left a voice message for us that has not been acknowledged, our sincerest apology. The situation has been remedied, and all messages are now being routed to active extensions.Thank you for your patience and understanding.
