I just bought it in June and I'm astounded at how well a car can be engineered. This baby had 201K on it and was advertised as 'cleanest in the state'. Absolutely no rust, and only a couple of minor dings on the rear fender near the hatch. I could not believe my luck when I really checked it out closely. Not a flaw in the interior except that console had some wear on it, which I've now fixed. I did take in to my mechanic and he put a new timing belt and seals on it, and added some 50 weight oil to keep the oil pressure around 30 lbs. The car is rock stock outside of a Pioneer 6 Disk CD changer mounted behind the passenger seat. I'm most impressed with the attention to detail that Nissan put into things like the steering wheel mounted radio controls, the auto-dim theater lighting and just the ergonomics in general. I'm 6'2 and feel absolutely comfortable in the flawless seats. I'm nearly 50, but I feel like a kid when I make up excuses to take the Z out for a ride.
