I live in Florida and found it for sale in California... I bought it and shipped it over not ever seeing it in person. The reason for this is in Florida almost all Zs are plagued by rust as you no doubt know. When I saw the pics of this one, and the relatively decent body shape, I jumped at it.
The decent body came with a catch... The interior was a wreck. The vinyl was peeling down off of every panel in the back, the dashboard was cracked to the point of no return, and there was horrible fading everywhere.
For the exterior I immediately removed a few rust spots and redid the clear coat seal on the paint. I also undercoated the bottom of the car to prevent rusting. I pulled every panel out of the inside of the car and sprayed the metal with another seal to prevent rust from starting and going out. I also put on an air dam, headlight covers, rear window louver, and a nose bra.
