Hello, my name is Cesar and I’ve been working on a 1978 Datsun 280Z for the past 3 years. When I first got the car from my brother the car was in pretty bad shape. My brother had purchased the Z from an old lady who had it sitting on her lawn for about two years. Then after purchasing the car my brother began to work on it and tried to get it running, but then he was offered a job out of town. He left, leaving behind the unfinished Z. The car then sat for about 3 years until I convinced my father from selling the car, and begin restoring the car for myself. I then searched the net looking for restoration catalogs and discovered Motorsport Auto and quickly began restoring the car to how it looks today. After a lot of trouble, money, and patience the Z is finally finished and running like new.
