Scott S. - 1975 280Z - Bluffdale, UT

I think my Z is nice and I hope you do also. My father bought this car in 1975 from Sunnyvale Datsun in the San Francisco bay area. At the time my oldest brother had purchased a 1973 240z. He took me for a ride and I was hooked! I remember a trip my bro and his girl and I took to SF I was in the back (before seatbelt laws) every time he would shift I would hit my head on the dome light. It must have beaten love into me. My dad Z was always clean and pristine. I was in love from day one. I always wanted it. Long story short my father passed away in 1998 and I got the Z. It was not in the shape I was used to seeing her in. 10 years of sitting in a hanger in AZ. Interior was awesome and the body was straight. He had purchased a engine from Motorsport and lots of other stuff. I was in heaven with him when she came out of the shop @ Quality Nissan in Temecula ca. she ran beautiful so off to the paint shop and they did a awesome job . She was back just like Daddy had her.
